About this notice
This notice explains the handling of information submitted through the ETA Petroleum website. For a privacy enquiry, contact Kieron@etapetroleum.com or write to ETA Petroleum, Unit 612, 566 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004.
Information you provide
Website forms collect the contact, business, site and enquiry information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email, telephone number, business, proposed use, property details and supporting information. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
How website enquiries are handled
Enquiry details are emailed to the ETA contact nominated on the form and recorded in the website submission system. Where configured, an acknowledgement is emailed to the address you provide. We use these details to respond, assess the opportunity and coordinate relevant follow-up. Providing optional information is your choice; without required contact details we may be unable to respond.
Campaign information
Enquiry forms can record campaign labels such as source, medium and campaign, the landing page path and the referring website’s hostname. This helps ETA understand which campaigns generate enquiries. These labels are retained in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes using session storage and are included with your enquiry. This feature does not add advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Service providers and website technology
Hosting, website and email services process information to deliver the website and enquiries. Technical information such as an IP address, browser details and request logs may be processed by those services. Embedded maps and external links may connect to third-party services with their own privacy terms. Contact us for information about the providers involved in your enquiry, including any overseas processing.
Access, correction and privacy concerns
Email Kieron@etapetroleum.com to request access to or correction of information supplied through this website, or to raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail to identify the enquiry, but do not email identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
